Status and operator

Circawell is a proposed UK residential-care-home operations product. It is not currently available for purchase. The operator is an India-based individual trading under the proposed name Circawell; full legal identity, contact and address will be published before launch.

Intended use

The proposed service is for staff-approved neutral family updates, administrative rotas, and operational evidence. It is not a clinical record, medical device, emergency communication channel, medicine system, or replacement for statutory care records. A care home remains responsible for its services, legal duties, staff decisions and information it chooses to publish.

Access and content

Before live access is offered, the home and operator will agree on authorised users, acceptable use, data processing terms, security arrangements and procedures for family contacts. Staff must not post clinical information or use the service for emergencies. Final terms will cover availability, fees, cancellation, liability and dispute process before any purchase.
