Pre-launch state

This preview does not offer accounts or a contact form and does not knowingly collect resident or family data. Hosting may collect technical logs necessary to deliver and secure the site. Before any personal-data service launches, the operator will identify its hosting and analytics providers, retention periods and contact details.

Planned service

If launched, care homes would normally decide what resident and family information is entered and shared. Circawell would process this information for them under a written processor agreement, subject to a final legal role assessment. A home must identify its lawful basis, any special-category condition, and permission to disclose to each relative. Proposed controls include limited roles, per-contact access, audit logs, encryption and UK-region storage. Indian support access or other international transfers need a lawful transfer mechanism and assessment.

Your rights

Final notices will explain controller and processor contacts, requests for access/correction/deletion where applicable, retention, complaints and regulator details. No live personal-data service will begin before a completed DPIA and reviewed privacy documents.
