Resident participation
Make room for what residents want to do.
Resident participation has a clear place alongside family updates, rotas, evidence and follow-through. A resident never needs a phone. The product design keeps each module separate so a home admin can choose what to enable and configure users, sharing and permissions.
Wish-to-done
A resident suggests a call, craft or garden visit. Staff agree what is possible, name an owner and show the outcome, including when it cannot happen.
Resident-led micro-clubs
Residents help shape and lead music, recipes, art, gardening or stories rather than only attending scheduled activities.
Neighbourhood exchange
Homes can work with vetted schools, libraries, artists and volunteers on small sessions. No public resident profiles.
Creative postbox
Voice notes, drawings and stories can be reviewed by staff, then shared with chosen family contacts or printed.
Staff strengths exchange
Staff can opt to offer skills such as music or gardening and be recognised for contributing. It must never become an unpaid obligation.
These modules shape the product direction and are not available in software yet. The home will control access and sharing; staff must check consent before invitations or family posts. No public social network, mood-scoring AI or clinical features.

A resident's wish, family question, rota gap or operational action should not disappear in a busy shift. The follow-through board is designed to connect a request to its owner and completion record. It is an administrative tool, not a clinical alert system.

Examples: 8 residents $10/month; 30 residents $30/month; 80 residents $80/month. Pricing is for future service access; checkout and subscriptions are not open. Taxes and billing terms will be shown before any sale.
